New season is coming.

That's why we need to have a break so now and then. Ideas just shoot through my head. Some new dishes which I can design a new Seasonal plate.

I saw some nice chilli peppers from Japan and Latin America, nice fresh and full of color.

I revised my recipe for marinating lam. So I will try that again in this plate with baby-chicken, shishito peppers , rice noodle salad, honey avocado to mild to peppers. Some scallops with fresh Jalepenos salsa for diversity in bite. And my favourite king of the mushroom "Enriyi".
