We had a wayu promotion in amsterdam. It was held by our wagyu suplier in brasserie Maris Piper. Beautifull restaurant bu the way. One of the partners of our suplier does caviar. So it became a wagyu with caviar tasting. Very exclusive and suprisingly good match. After the promotion we enjoyed a 3 course lunch. Everything was beautifull and nice. We are already talking about the match of caviar and wagyu and how we could implement it in our menu.
