It is obvious that the people are back from holiday. We had a few reservations, but we run almost full house. Luckily we arranged back-up. And I was the back-up. I have to admit that I wasn't prepared for the coming, but thanks to our big colleaque (he was "floating"). He had it all under controll.
Somethimes you need extreme situations to expose one's capebilities. That is good, 'cause with this in mind we can do more with less 😉.
My sushi-chef is almost back from holidays. Perfect with 1 more week to go to polish our sushi bar to be perfect bright. So he will be very happy to be back again.
